Our warranty policy covers authentic products purchased directly on our website or one of our authorised retailers; it covers manufacturing defects for up to one year from the date of purchase and is subject to a valid proof of purchase. A manufacturing defect applies to defective materials and workmanship.
Items not covered under this warranty:
· Products over 1-year-old from date of purchase
· General wear and tea
· Excessive wear or misuse/abuse
· Water damage on non-water proof product
Unfortunately, if your product does not meet the criteria above, it will not be covered by our limited warranty and will be returned to you if sent to us for warranty evaluation.
If your purchase was made at an authorised Teva retailer, please contact the store where the purchase was originally made. They will guide you through the warranty claim. We are unable to offer a refund for products not purchased directly from us. In the unlikely event that the Authorised Retailer is unable to assist you, please contact our Customer Service team (details at the bottom of this page).
