What if I am not available when delivery is attempted?

Due to COVID-19, our couriers are now offer contactless delivery and therefore will attempt to deliver your parcel if possible. We encourage you to utilise their in-flight options when tracking your parcel should you know you will not be in at the time the order is attempted. You can choose for the delivery to be made another day, to a neighbour or even to be left in a safe place.
