My tracking shows my parcel has been delivered however I cannot locate it. What should I do?

If your tracking says your item has been delivered but you have not been in receipt of the item then we advise you contact Customers Services at the soonest possible moment for the best chance of us being able to investigate with the courier. UPS allow 10 days from the date of delivery for an investigation to be raised. Any contact after this time will prevent us from being able to investigate. We also advise you check with neighbours in the meantime.
